Recipe of the Week: Scrambled Egg Whites

Scrambled Egg Whites



1 tbsp. olive oil

2 green onions, thinly sliced

1/2 red bell pepper, chopped

1 tomato, chopped

1 cup baby spinach, chopped

4 egg whites

salt and pepper to taste



Heat oil over medium heat. Add onion, pepper, tomato and spinach and saute for 3 mins. Add eggs. Stir until scrambled. Season with salt and pepper. Serves 1.
