Here's the GS Exercise of the Day #4 as shown to you by the birthday girl Michelle.

She's got a great core exercise for you that requires a bit of creativity if you don't have 'gliders'.
But I list some of those in the video.
For this exercise make you keep your core tight and your arms and legs locked the whole time.
Here's Michelle (she's like me...celebrating her birthday by spending the whole day at the gym :) )
